6RC39 — The 1988 Constitution Act
Whereas, the Organic Law is hopelessly flawed and such acts as have been passed to deflaw it are scattered all over the place making it hard to figure out exactly what is legal or not,
Therefore the Cosa hereby appoints a "Committee on the 1988 Constitution" to consist of Robert Madison, Dan Lorentz, and John Jahn (and others whom the Committee sees fit to add). This Committee will discuss the possibility of scrapping the Organic Law with a new 1988 Constitution, and if they decide to do so, the Committee will draft a Constitution for future consideration.
