6RC55 — The National Time Capsule Act
Whereas, supposing a nuclear war does occur and Talossa is wiped off the pages of history, the loss to mankind would be inestimable,
Therefore be it resolved that the Government is empowered to create an Official National Time Capsule ("Contagñhéir contra Thîmp") to be surreptitiously buried in Downer Woods and to contain various artifacts and letters proving to future generations that we did, in fact, exist, and perhaps inalterably screwing up the textbooks for future generations. The planning is to be conducted by the Time Capsule Committee, which will consist of PM Sandee Prachel, Deputy PM Robert Madison, historian John Jahn, and philosopher Dan Lorentz.
