21RC40 — The Porto Claro Act
WHEREAS, the Kingdom of Porto Claro located in northem Brazil, has recently extended to Talossa full diplomatic recognition,
THEREFORE, the Government of Talossa hereby extends the same courtesy to the Kingdom of Porto Claro and salutes the King of Porto Claro, Leonardo VI, and his loyal subjects.
