Sudur Territory was a self-governing province from 27 Jul 85 to 17 Sep 86. It is hereby made a self-governing province once again, and one of its citizens, John Jahn, is made its Governor-General. The province will be governed by the free, democratic, non-racist constitution which governed it during its former Confederate status. The Province Government will be composed of any and all remaining citizens of the current Sudur Territory.
