The University of Talossa is an institution in a state of flux. Once charged by Talossan law with providing educational opportunities and recognizing achievement in Talossan academic studies and accomplishments, the University was removed from the Royal Household by The Science Rules! Act.
The Regent of the University of Talossa is Istefan Perþonest, continuing in the position from when it was an office of the Royal Household, and is organizing its future. The last President of the University of Talossa was Dr. Txec Róibeard Nordselva; the office has since been abolished by the Regent.
