Because many (probably most) future Talossans are people whom we don't know yet and who don't know us yet, they are limited in their knowledge of our varied and fascinating history because they have not experienced it first-hand. Therefore the Cosâ, upholder of the nation's identity, henceforth requires every immigrant entering the country (beginning in January 1989/x) to purchase one copy of The History of the Kingdom of Talossa. The Cosâ may make exceptions by law to this requirement if it sees fit.

8RC23 — The National Education Act of 1988 and IX

Because many (probably most) future Talossans are people whom we don't know yet and who don't know us yet, they are limited in their knowledge of our varied and fascinating history because they have not experienced it first-hand. Therefore the Cosâ, upholder of the nation's identity, henceforth requires every immigrant entering the country (beginning in January 1989/x) to purchase one copy of The History of the Kingdom of Talossa. The Cosâ may make exceptions by law to this requirement if it sees fit.

Proposed by: Robert Madison (PC-Vuode); John A. Jahn (TNP-Pórt Maxhestic)
