That a committee shall be formed to review the rules allowing new citizens to join Talossa and offer guidelines for more uniform and strict criteria for applicants (such as better use of the essay). This committee shall consist of Daniel Lorentz, John Jahn, Robert Madison, and Robert Murphy.
