The Dallas Pätsilor Amendment
In order to honour the effort expended by noted musicians John Jahn and Ben Madison on their superb Talossan national anthem, the Cosâ hereby amends Article 8 of the Constituziun to read: "The national Anthem of Talossa is the song Dallas Pätsilor, with music by John A. Jahn and words by Robert Madison. The national Song is Anthem, written by Tim Rice, Björn Ulvæus and Benny Anderson for the musical 'Chess'."
