6RC89 - The Political Parties Consensus Encouragement Act WHEREAS having small political parties able to gain entry into the Cosa merely encourages citizens to vote for themselves rather than to investigate other parties and learn about the issues, and
WHEREAS this contributes to a general lack of knowledge about the Kingdom within the Kingdom now,
THEREFORE the Cosa henceforth requires a party to gain at least two votes before it can obtain a seat in the Cosa. If a party gains only one vote, that voter will be given a subsequent ballot immediately following the election, and he will have an opportunity to change his vote.
