The recently-passed Electoral Reform Act stipulates a secret ballot in future RT elections. This is good. Unfortunately it also stipulates a complex system of ranking candidates (not parties) which, upon further reflection, I have concluded would result in confusion. So, the part stipulation this candidate-ranking sytem is hereby abolished, leaving the secret ballot, one person-one votes system in place. I apologise for the confusion. The Electoral Reform Act Reform Act
