I, Erschéveþ Cjantscheir, Seneschal del Regipäts Talossan, with all duly vested authority and stuff, do hereby and forthwith declare the following Prime Dictate, beseeching his Majesty the King to grant royal assent with all due celerity that it might become law:

'''WHEREAS''' as a former member of the Republic of Talossa, he should be assigned to the province of Fiôvâ, akin to Üc R. Tärfâ and all other former members of the Republic, and
 
'''WHEREAS''' S:reu Txaglh should be re-assigned to the province of Fiôvâ for the General elections, so he may vote as a Fiôvân,
 
'''THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN AND ENACTED THAT:'''
 
'''Section 1:''' S:reu Ián Txaglh, in accordance with the OrgLaw and all applicable Laws is hereby re-assigned to the Province of Fiôvâ and shall hence forth be afforded all rights and privileges of a Fiôvân Citizen.
