The Living Cosâ Act (c8)
Scribe's Note: the (c8) in the title identifies that this act belongs to the 8th Cosa, as multiple acts with this name were passed historically.
Whereas, all the members of the current Eighth Cosâ live in or near the Talossan national territorym and Whereas the Government are always looking for ways to spice up our Talossan life, Therefore the Cosâ resolves the following: There shall be no vote by post on the January Clark. Instead a public meeting shall be held during January (the date to be set by the Prime Minister and the Secretary of State), where all available Cosâ members are to assemble for a public meeting of the Cosâ where the issues will be debated and bills voted on. Dan Lorentz is named interim Speaker and will preside over the meeting. Parliamentary procedure will be followed where possible.
