The Talossan Association of Tuber Enjoyment and Revival is a club in the Kingdom of Talossa devoted to the cultivation, preparation, and appreciation of potatoes. Because of its unusual membership policy, which states that membership is mandatory, the club's current enrollment stands at approximately 7 billion. Very few of this number have actually agreed to pay their dues. The current President of the club is Prince Stanislaw Lubomirski, an obscure 18th century Polish nobleman.
