8RC8 — Cosa Law and Bill Reference Act
Currently all bills (since November of 1987) have been called "RC," followed by a number. "RC" stands for Resolution of the Cosa The Cosâ hereby acts to officially number all RC's that have become laws as "LC," for Law of the Cosâ ("Legeu dal Cosâ"). This is retroactive to September, 1987. Furthermore, since the numbering of bills always returns to "1" at the beginning of a Gov't, all past bills or laws will be referred to by their RC/LC number, and the month and year it was submitted to the Cosâ (i.e. RC8 (Apr 88)).
