The Royal Defamation Act
Resolved, that the Cosa show some backbone in its condemnation of any citizen who violates the provision in the Organic Law banning public defamation or insult of the King; and Furthermore, that Andrew Wozniak be specifically singled out in this regard for offensive, goofball behaviour.
