6RC64 — The Dave Kuen Citizenship Act
Whereas, David Kuen has written an excellent citizenship essay which has received lots of acclaim, and whereas, he has the sponsorship of Woz the Indestructible, then let David Kuen be introduced as a Citizen of the Glorious Nation of Talossa and be give all rights, legal and otherwise, due to citizens of Talossa.
