Opinion
Puisne Justice Tamorán delivered the opinion of the Cort:
First ruling
In the light of certain communications made in camera to the Justices of the Uppermost Court (El Cort Pü Inalt) of the Kingdom of Talossa (El Regipäts Talossan), we announce, with immediate effect, that the Wittenberg accounts herein listed shall be temporarily frozen for the gathering of information. All of the parties concerned may communicate with the Cort by any of the formally established means, and may be confidant that these circumstances shall be considered with the utmost seriousness and at the greatest dispatch.

Second ruling
In the light of further communications made in camera to the Justices of the Uppermost Court (El Cort Pü Inalt) of the Kingdom of Talossa (El Regipäts Talossan), we announce, with immediate effect, that in addition to our previous order, made under our hand this day, the Wittenberg account of Eiric S. Börnatfiglheu shall be temporarily frozen for the gathering of information, and henceforth that account shall equally be considered to be a part of the list under investigation. All of the parties concerned may communicate with the Cort by any of the formally established means, and may be confidant that these circumstances shall be considered with the utmost seriousness and at the greatest dispatch.
