After dealing with what Viteu perceived as perpetual hypocrisy from those on the other side of Talossan political spectrum and having himself and his friends be the targets of insults, Viteu had a rather public meltdown and decide to leave the Kingdom of Talossa on December 30, 2013. Viteu felt this was the best path as Talossa ceased being fun and became a constant point of stress, which detracted from other aspects of his life.

== Introduction to the Kingdom of Talossa ==
 
In the summer of 2006, Viteu resided in [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oceanside,_NY Oceanside, NY] and worked in a resort community known as [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cherry_Grove,_New_York Cherry Grove on Fire Island in New York] five days a week. He had a lot of free time to drink and live a carefree life of debauchery and decadence. The days were spent working in the kitchen, both as a dish washer and doing food prep, at a restaurant. The nights consisted of vast amounts of beer, vodka, and rum. During one of these nights, the term micronation got thrown around by some friends with whom he had been drinking.
 
After going home on his days off, he quickly researched micronations and discovered the Kingdom of Taloss.  He applied for citizenship on July 27, 2006 was instructed by then Secretary of State [[King_John|John Woolley]] to create a [http://talossa.proboards.com/ Wittenberg] account. After he became a citizen, Viteu joined the [[RUMP]] and served as a [[Cosa|Member of Cosa (MC)]] in the [[36th_Cosa|36th]], [[37th_Cosa|37th]], and [[38th_Cosa|38th]] Cosas. He also served as Deputy Minister of Immigration and [[Minister_of_Immigration|Minister of Immigration]] during this period. During his tenure as Immigration Minister, he started the [[TALOSSAssistant]] program and oversaw Talossa grow to over one hundred citizens. By the time of the 38th Cosa, he resigned his position as Immigration Minister and took the position of ''Capo di tutti capi'' in the Mysterious Executive Coven.

After a tumultuous election season, Marcianüs went through a period of inactivity. Viteu has been active in the politics of [[Vuode]] since becoming a citizen. After a period of inactivity, Viteu entered into the Senatorial race when Sir Trotxâ Betiñéir vacated his seat at the end of the 40th Cosa. During this period, Vuode was dominated by Opposition politics and Viteu was seen as a long shot. Nevertheless, he managed to win election even though he campaigned against the Constitution of 2010, which passed. Viteu stood for an uncontested election for the U-Class Premier during the 44th Cosa election for Vuode's [[Estats_Xhenerais_(Vuode)|Estats Xhenerais]]. He has since voted, along with the other Premiers, to call a Constitutional Convention and fix the problems of Vuode.

Viteu has hosted the [[Talossa News Project]] (TNP) for the last few years. The show consisted of Viteu interviewing different Talossans about day to day issues facing the kingdom.

Viteu was born in [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bay_Shore,_New_York Bay Shore, NY]  on August 19, 1986. He remained in Bay Shore until his pre-teen years when he spent some time in [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Belleview,_FL Belleview, FL]. During his 7th grade year, he moved to [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brentwood,_NY Brentwood, NY.] 
 
After dropping out of high school during his senior year, Viteu spent some time traveling the East Coast and lived in North Carolina and Georgia. He eventually found himself living in Oceanside, NY where he took his GED and started college at [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nassau_Community_College NCC] in January, 2006. In 2008, he transferred to [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hunter_College CUNY Hunter College] where he majored in History and Political Science. Viteu moved to [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clinton_Hill,_Brooklyn Clinton Hill, Brooklyn] in February 2009. He graduated ''cum laude'' on May 29, 2012 with a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science and with honors in History. In December 2010, he moved in with his boyfriend in [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inwood,_Manhattan Inwood, NY] (the northern most neighborhood on the [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Manhattan_Island island of Manhattan]). He currently works in the not-for-profit sector and is preparing for his wedding on August 5, 2012. He will be relocating out of New York at the end of the year.

After dealing with what Viteu perceived as perpetual hypocrisy from those on the other side of Talossan political spectrum and having himself and his friends be the targets of insults, Viteu had a rather public meltdown and decide to leave the Kingdom of Talossa on December 30, 2013. Viteu felt this was the best path as Talossa ceased being fun and became a constant point of stress, which detracted from other aspects of his life.
