I, Márcüs Cantaloûr, Seneschál del Regipäts Talossán, with the full weight and authority of my august position do hereby and forthwith declare the following Prime Dictate:
WHEREAS, Talossa currently has Ambassadors, Consul-Generals and Consuls serving in foreign countries, provinces and counties, and
WHEREAS, the exact number and identity of ambassors and other officials is not known with any degree of certainty, and
WHEREAS, it is is the best interests of Talossa to have correct information as to who is representing our Kingdom abroad,
THEREFORE, all serving Ambassadors, Consul-Generals and Consuls are recalled. All previous appointments are considered to be null and void. In order to prevent a crisis in our foreign relations, current Ambassadors, Consul-Generals and Consuls will continue to serve in an acting capacity until replacements are selected.
Done under my hand this eleventh day of March, two thousand and five.
God Save The King!
