The Anti-Multiple Personality Syndrome Amendment
The following text is hereby added to the end of Article 41 of the Constituziun: "Though members of the Cosâ may occupy several seats, they may never split the Vote of Confidence. In other words, all of an MC's seats must always vote en bloc."
