8RC38 — The Cort Rewrite Amendment Act
[to be added to Article 82]
Art. 82a. In the event that the Cort discovers unclear ot confusing language in the Constitun or in any law (excepting the Vague Principles), the Cort may as part of its written decision issue a revised text of the law or article, to resolve the confusion or unclarity. This revision supersedes the original text.
