WHEREAS according to the researches of The Berber Project, the last surviving Talossan Berber population in the Greater Talossan Area was the shadowy and mysterious Mascouten Tribe, who lived in the Milwaukee area until 1759 or thereabouts; and
WHEREAS the entire Mascouten tribe was broken up by 1815 and assimilated into various other tribes, including the Miami Indians of Indiana; and
WHEREAS Citizen Brent Kesler of Talossa is of Miami (and therefore possibly Mascouten) descent;
THEREFORE the Ziu hereby grants an official charter to "The Mascouten Tribe Of Indians," as a private organization under the direction of R. Ben Madison, to pursue Talossa's Native American and Berber migrant heritage.
