The Phantom Paperwork Abolition Amendment, Part Two
Whereas, the Constituziun requires an objective "exam" for all incoming Citizens, and also requires a "sworn deposition" to be presented to the Cort from a Citizen on behalf of any prospective Citizen, but Whereas, these requirements have never been carried out, Therefore, the Cosâ hereby strikes the following language from Art. 94b: "...and exam and the sworn deposition of one or more Talossan citiéens vouching for the character of the prospective."
