The Save Eiffler Amendment
The Cosâ hereby gives itself the power to temporarily prevent a valued citizen's citizenship from lapsing after three consecutive non-votes in elections, by adding the following language to Article 97: "The Cosâ may, by o two-thirds vote, pass I1 resolution officially ignoring any or all of a citizen's non-votes if the Cosâ feels that there were extenuating circumstances behind the non-votes. Any non-votes officially ignored will not count against that Citizen for purposes of the preceding portion of this Article."
