The Talossa-On-Line Study Committee Act
Whereas Talossa first entered the modern age (actually, even just the pre-modern age) when "Vote by Post" was established years ago, enabling Talossa's far-flung citizenry to participate in democratic government; whereas many people now communicate through computer networks; and whereas our Kingdom faces stagnation without new blood; the Prime Minister is therefore instructed to appoint a "Talossa-On-Line Study Committee" charged with reporting to the Cosâ on the desirability and feasibility of offering participation in Talossa through computer networks.
