The Ultimate E-Mail Amendment
The Cosâ hereby appends the following as Article 35 of the Constituziun:
Art. 35. Voters may, instead of returning a paper ballot, vote by e-mail. To do so they must register their e-mail address before the election with the Secretary of State. A voter's e-votes must be placed from that address in order to be counted. If the Secretary has reasonable grounds lo suspect fraud, he may delay acceptance of e-votes till they can be verified. An e-vote shall indicate the name of the person voting, the party voted for, and any referendum choices.
