The What Exactly Are You Doing? Amendment
The Cosâ hereby appends the following text to Article 62 of the Constituziun:
The Secretary of State shall place no Bill on the Clark if the Bill seeks to amend, change, or repeal any Article of the Constituziun or any Law, unless the Bill specfies exactly the Law(s) or Article(s) which it seeks to amend, change, or repeal.
