A cestour ([t͡ʃɛsˈtuɾ] (
)) is a resident of the Greater Talossan Area who is not a citizen of the Kingdom of Talossa. Cestours generally consider themselves to be citizens of the United States of America, the country that Talossa graciously allows to maintain the GTA.
