Bråneu Excelsio (Bruno Valdez) is a citizen of the Province of Fiova. Excelsio became a Talossan citizen on 12 July, 2022.
He is currently Deputy Secretary of State of Fiôvâ and resides in Nuevo Leon, Mexico.
