6RC44 — The Royal Veto Restriction Act
Whereas, the King of Talossa has seen fit to veto (or threaten to veto) legislation passed by enormous pluralities of the Cosa, and to be willing to be swayed by partisan opinion,
Therefore it is enacted that the Cosa needs only a simple majority of voting MC's to override a Royal Veto, instead of the almost unreachable 2/3 majority.
Proposed by: Robert Madison (PC-Vuode); and John Jahn (TNP-Sudur Territory)
