WHEREAS I recently challenged the citizens of Talossa to update TalossaWiki and port the last remaining content on kingdomoftalossa.net to TalossaWiki, and

WHEREAS I offered anyone who made 20 such updates or ports the chance to have me issue a Prime Dictate declaring a Day of Observance commemorating a topic of their choice, and

WHEREAS Glüc da Dhi has already reached that number of updates, and

WHEREAS I apparently made the threshold too low, and I might raise it in the future, but for now I am bound by my word

THEREFORE August 13th, 2018 shall be #KARED Day, on which we celebrate that the correct colour denoting the province of Atatürk is red.

Done under my hand, as from Kenwood House, this 12th day of August in the Year of Our Lord 2018, of the independence of Talossa the thirty-ninth, and the twelfth in the reign of our gracious Sovereign John.
