In the event of a tie in the Senatorial election of June/July 2012 in the Free Province of Fiôvâ, the provincial government resolves that it shall conduct a secret ballot election as described in the Fiôvân Elections and Referendum Law, using the same provisions used to elect the province's Capitan as stated in [[The_Fiôvân_Elections_and_Referendum_Law#Section_5._The_Preferential_Voting_System_for_the_Capit.C3.A1n|Section 5]] of the aforementioned law.

Fiôvâ Provincial Chancery

In the event of a tie in the Senatorial election of June/July 2012 in the Free Province of Fiôvâ, the provincial government resolves that it shall conduct a secret ballot election as described in the Fiôvân Elections and Referendum Law, using the same provisions used to elect the province's Capitan as stated in Section 5 of the aforementioned law.

The victorious candidate of the election shall be declared the elected Senator of Fiôvâ.
