Gödafrïeu Válcadác'h (Jeffrey Ragsdale) is a citizen of the Kingdom of Talossa. A two-time Seneschal, he currently serves as Royal Archivist.
Válcadác'h became a Talossan citizen on 5 August 2000. On 1 June 2004, he renounced his citizenship to become one of the founders of the Talossan Republic. Válcadác'h wrote the book A Nation Sundered about the experience, chronicling the events that led to the schism and its aftermath.
