6RC17 — The Bob Murphy Title Act
WHEREAS, Bob Murphy doth want some sort of pompous sounding title, and I can see no reason why in a country like Talossa he shouldn't have one, therefore the Cosâ acceeds to his wishes and grants upon Bob Murphy the title "Earl of Kenwood".
