Law talk:Digest of Laws

I am going to compile two books: a Complete Manual of Law, and a book of selections. The former will include all in-force laws, while the latter will include only those laws that have some real immediate impact - i.e. no symbolic, naming, or irrelevant laws. While the establishment of the Talossan Finance Corporation is interesting and in-force, it's also irrelevant to current legislators because the TFC does not currently exist.
