WHEREAS incoming citizens approved by the Talossan Uppermost Cort are often in the proverbial pipeline for months on end, and;

WHEREAS information relevant to incoming citizens should be free and openly accessable to the Gruppengloppen, Uppermost Cort, and the whole of Talossa in general,

THEREFORE each prospective citizen will have the opportunity to define a universal resource locator that would be linked to their own name on the Clark.
