Martì-Páir Furxhéir is a citizen of Talossa.
Furxhéir became a citizen of Talossa on 21 January 2001/XXII and two months later was appointed Secretary of State by Prime Minister Michael Pope to commence the fourth Clark of the 28th Cosa. He served nearly five Cosas as Secretary of State, leaving the Kingdom while holding that office and also while a sitting Senator, during the crisis of 2004 that created the Talossan Republic.
He return to the Kingdom of Talossa on July 3rd 2013 and was once again a citizen on July 4th 2013.
