I support this. When I put together this title of the law, I just put the holidays in as I found them... in the order they were passed, basically. This is better.

It's not, the August Clark was already published 26 days ago... I thought you knew that.

It was Clark on the next Month's Clark, which, by now, is this month's Clark, since we are now in September, but still, that doesn't make you right, since when you posted it, it was still August, even if right now it's September.

This is how time works... forward. After August comes September, and with it, a new Clark, published this morning, with this bill in it.

But don't think only that Bill is in it! For the price of a single Clark, you get MULTIPLE bills! Isn't that great?
