Immigration Disclosure Act
Whereas, a prospective immigrant's contact information is protected by law, and
Whereas, this contact information may only be disclosed by the Minister of Interior to a limited number of parties, and
Whereas, the relevant law states that information may be disclosed to the Cort as needed, and
Whereas, it does not, however, state it can be disclosed to the Attorney General's office as needed, and
Whereas, it might be necessary to allow for such disclosure in the event that the need for prosecutions arises;therefore
Section E.11.1 of El Lexhatx which currently reads:
11.1. A prospective's contact information such as telephone, address, email, AIM, ICQ, et cetera, shall be provided by the Minister of Interior only to the King, the Secretary of State, and the Cort, as needed. Any other requests from Talossan citizens for such data will be passed along to the prospective for his or her consideration by the Ministry of Interior.
Shall be amended to read:
11.1.
