The Schneider Cabinet was formed after the September 1989 General Election. Jack Schneider, Distain for Tom Buffone, had ascended to the Seneschalsqab on Buffone's resignation; Buffone had also dissolved the Cosa, so Schneider had essentially remained in office as a caretaker until the election.
Upon his party, Päts Vräts (the mainline faction of the PC), winning a 40% plurality, Schneider chose to form a coalition with sitting Leader of the Opposition Ián von Metáiriâ. Factoring in the 15 bonus seats for the Prime Minister and Distain, the Government controlled 125 seats to 90 for the Opposition.
The Cabinet was reported in the 20 September Støtanneu. Note that not all positions are known.
