I, Fritz von Buchholtz, Seneshal del Regipats Talossan, with the full weight and authority of my august position do hereby and forthwith declare the following Prime Dictate:
Whereas, the need exists to fill the cabinet posts in my administration, and
Whereas, I am trying to fullfill the mission of eliminating multiple office holders,
Therefore I hereby appoint Sam Tyler to the post of the Foreign Ministry and authorize him to carry out any and all duties associated with this office.
