The Mark Franklin Act
The Cosâ hereby approves Mark Franklin, of Vernon, British Columbia, as Talossa‘s 52nd Citizen. His "What Talossa Meuans To Me" Essay appeared in Støtanneu in August, and he was approved by the Uppennost Cort in September.
