Istefan Éovart Perþonest (Steven Edward Ehrbar, b. 25 March 1978, Talossan since 21 February 1998/XIX) is the Regent of the University of Talossa, Cunstaval of Fiova, and Minister of Finance (and thus Chairman of the Royal Bank & Post).
For much of the 44th Cosa, he was Maestro of Benito, explicitly as a caretaker. His only significant act in that time was to create the position of Arvitier Prima of Benito, a factotum position for keeping the province operational. While he intends to refuse to be the Maestro going forward, he appointed himself to this new position and hopes future Maestros will allow him to keep it.
