43PD3 — The Üc R. Tärfâ is a Fiôvân Dictate

I, Erschéveþ Cjantscheir, Seneschal del Regipäts Talossan, with all duly vested authority and stuff, do hereby and forthwith declare the following Prime Dictate, beseeching his Majesty the King to grant royal assent with all due celerity that it might become law:

WHEREAS Üc R. Tärfâ is currently assigned to Benito and not Fiôvâ, and

WHEREAS as a former member of the Republic of Talossa, he should be assigned to the province of Fiôvâ, like all other former members of the Republic, and

WHEREAS S:reu Tärfâ should be re-assigned to the province of Fiôvâ before the General elections start so he may vote as a Fiôvân and not as a Benitian,

THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN AND ENACTED THAT:

Section 1: S:reu Üc R. Tärfâ, in accordance with the OrgLaw and all applicable Laws is hereby re-assigned to the Province of Fiôvâ and shall hence forth be afforded all rights and privileges of a Fiôvân Citizen.

Section 2: The Secretary of State and all applicable Royal, State and Non-State Bodies are hereby instructed to make all necessary actions and/or arrangements and/or note of said re-assignment and to act upon such without undue delay.

Section 3: This Prime Dictate applies solely to the named citizen in Section 1 and shall not apply to any other citizen(s).

Done under my hand and seal, as from Kenwood House, this the 14th day of June in the Year of Our Lord, 2012, in the 6th year of the reign of our gracious sovereign King John, and of the independence of Talossa the 33rd.
