The Legalization of Scepticism Amendment
Whereas, the Constituziun (Art. 94c) contains a provision requiring any Cosâ member who votes "contra" on the naturalization of a new Citizen to justify his negative vote in writing, and Whereas, this violates the freedom of conscience and engenders further paperwork, THEREFORE the Cosâ hereby strikes the following language from Art. 94: "Any Cosâ member who votes against a prospective must write an Address to the Whole House explaining why lie voted as he did."
