The Russian Autonomous Okrug Act

The western half of Atatürk Province (the area west of Maryland Avenue) is hereby designated as a Russian Autonomous Okrug within Ataturk Province, and subject to the government of the Province. The Russian language shall be co-official with English and Talossan within the Okrug. The culture of the growing Russian and ex-Soviet Jewish émigré population in the Okrug shall he encouraged and allowed to express itself.
