The Secretary of State Office Act
WHEREAS in the past, the SoS job has been performed by only one person;
WHEREAS in the present, this is rarely possible;
THEREFORE, the ZIU creates the Secretary of State office, which is administered by the Secretary of States.
Members of the Secretary of State office are to be considered as if they were Deputy Secretary of State, without the ability to replace the Secretary should he become available.
In effect, this allows these members to act in the name of the Secretary of State and perform official business as delegated to them by the Secretary.
