34RZ7 — The Smoking Ban Act

WHEREAS, smoking endangers the health of smokers and non-smokers alike and is unsightly and smelly, and

WHEREAS, non-smokers should not be expected to endure the foul odour and fumes from tobacco products, and

WHEREAS, a ban on smoking inside would help to reduce illness and death as a result of smoking,

THEREFORE, the Ziu hereby declares that the smoking of all tobacco products is prohibited in all buildings with the exception of an individual's place of residence.
