7RC9 — The Tom Buffone Citizenship Act

Whereas, one American citizen Tom Buffone, of moderate political leanings and of great past experience with Talossa, hath appealed to be made our newest Citizen, therefore the Cosa joyously admits him as our newest Citizen.
