The Uniform Naturalisation Amendment
WHEREAS, the Constituziun currently contains two separate laws for naturalizing incoming citizens--one for Cybercits, another for non-Cybercits-and this is discriminatory; and WHEREAS, the procedure adopted for Cybercit naturalization has proven to be a resounding success, inasmuch as it includes all the provisions of the non-Cybercit procedure plus added safeguards; THEREFORE, the Cosa hereby empowers the Uppemlost Cort to take the two separate naturalization laws and harmonize them, so that there shall be one naturalization law for incoming citizens, and that it shall be etfectively the Cybercit immigration law adopted in February, 1996.
